At Lyles Shoes, your satisfaction is our priority and we offer a no fuss returns policy that lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the event you find your purchase unsuitable, we are pleased to offer you a full refund on your online order under the following conditions

• Purchases you are returning must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Merchandise must be in new and unused condition
• Merchandise must be returned with all packaging, box, labels and product swing tags attached

If the returned footwear does not meet the criteria above, the refund will be declined and the
products will be returned to you.


In the event that you find your purchase is carrying a manufacture fault, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or refund under the following conditions

• Purchases must be returned within 30 days for refund
• An itemised record of purchase must be sited
• Product must be assessed by a Lyles Shoes team member before return granted
